Not hurried in the consultation. The feeling that you are the only patient that day. Telephones for appointments a bit slow - but always kind and helpful.

Some doctors are great and really listen to the issue that is the problem. However, there are a few that don't listen too well Sometimes (the majority) I can be waiting for 40 mind beyond the appointment time to be seen (even at 8:30 Am).

Dr Cavannagh - what I've usually seen in the last 10 years is always helpful and always explains everything. The nurse i.e blood test etc are always helpful.

I always feel they have time to listen. I am never rushed even if surgery is running late.
